Tests: Fix RunCMake.CommandLine test in unusual environments

Modify `Tests/RunCMake/CommandLine/P_working-dir.cmake` to not spuriously
fail in environments when the build directory's nominal path is not
canonicalized (i.e. `realpath(BINDIR) != BINDIR`).
