Tests/CMakeGUI: Place test executable in main `bin` directory

`cmSystemTools::FindCMakeResources` needs this to find the main `cmake`
executable.  Previously `FindCMakeResourcesInBuildTree` was finding the
rest of the resources by accident because `Tests/CMakeGUI` has the same
number of components as `bin/<config>`.
