  "message": "Clang: Use -fno-ansi-escape-codes for color diagnostics on Windows\n\n-fno-ansi-escape-codes is used only on Windows by Clang.\n\nWithout the flag color diagnostics are displayed only if clang.exe\nis executed directly. Build tools like ninja and mingw32-make\nwill not display colored diagnostics.\n\nUsing -fno-ansi-escape-codes will make the build tools pass\nthe colored diagnostics to the calling application e.g IDE.\n\nFixes: #24235\n",
