Tests: Teach RunCMake to ignore GNU ld --warn-rwx-segments warnings

GNU ld 2.39 added warnings of the form

    ld: warning: %pB has a LOAD segment with RWX permissions

They appear when linking test binaries on `hppa` and `sparc`.
