  "message": "clang-tidy: Don\u0027t append compiler commands if using -p\n\nWhen the -p option is given to clang-tidy, it doesn\u0027t need the compile\ncommand line to be appended. It can get everything it needs from the\ncompile_commands.json file in the directory specified with the -p option.\nWhen the compiler being used is not the system default compiler,\nclang-tidy has been observed to pick up the wrong headers when the\ncompiler command line is given, but not if only the -p option is used.\nTherefore, don\u0027t append the compiler command line if -p is present in\nthe \u003cLANG\u003e_CLANG_TIDY target property.\n\nFixes: #24017\n",
