CheckFunctionExists, CheckFortranFunctionExists: Update documentation Changes: - Added intro code blocks showing how to include these modules. - Used "command" instead of "macro". - Added some basic examples sections. - Added a rubric title for variables that affect the checks. - Synced and reworded descriptions. - Added "See Also" sections.
