update the toolchain build script: -make it required that the build arches be passed to the doit script via the ARCHES environment variable -add gcc patches to cleanly build sh-elf -rebase the patch set against binutils 2.17 and gcc 4.1.1 git-svn-id: svn://tkgeisel.com/extern/toolchains@89 883a05a6-2023-0410-8eb8-95aef884f4c3
