Release v1.2.2 The way we had deprecated `large-tables` and friends was breaking builds. We still need to improve how this gets deprecated in general, but in the short term we can fix it by allowing warnings. Fixes #1634.

Diesel gets rid of the boilerplate for database interaction and eliminates runtime errors without sacrificing performance. It takes full advantage of Rust's type system to create a low overhead query builder that “feels like Rust.”
