Release v0.6.1 This release addresses multiple oversights from 0.6.0. The CLI and Codegen crates were incorrectly pointing at Diesel 0.5.0. Additionally, there were several major issues with `infer_schema!` on SQLite that effectively made it unusable. These have both been addressed.
Diesel gets rid of the boilerplate for database interaction and eliminates runtime errors, without sacrificing performance. It takes full advantage of Rust's type system to create a low overhead query builder that “feels like Rust”.
You can find an extensive Getting Started tutorial at http://diesel.rs/guides/getting-started. Guides on more specific features will be coming soon.
