arm: Record the "start kernel" timestamp.

The ARM specific boot code wasn't recording the "start kernel" timestamp like
like it was on x86. This change fixes that.

BUG=None
TEST=Built and booted on nyan rev1 and verified that the timestamps reported
by cbmem now include this timestamp.
