imagelib: fwid: Stop including the ChromeOS version in the Fwid automatically. Instead, just use the literal value passed in from the config, and fix up that value back in the Makefile. Plumb *that* value in from either the ChromeOS build system if building in that environment, or from whatever is appropriate in the environment being used.
