NVRAM: Switch the default kconfig setting to "n". Select it automatically when using the NV_STORAGE_CMOS driver. The dependencies on ARCH_X86 have been removed since not having IO port accessors will result in linker errors if those functions are used. Change-Id: I0e23fe451e57b9ac228dc4b190df4d8aa1b3ad54
