base: Move cbfs and sysinfo files in base into a subdir called coreboot. This will hold not only the CBFS files (which were previously in a cbfs directory), but also sysinfo and coreboot table files, to be moved in a later change. Change-Id: Ic0886c40a238e01a96313a76be2133425cc0770b
