UEFI: Increase MAX_MEM_RANGES. UEFI on the NUC seems to use lots of memory ranges. Lets bump up this limit to accomodate it by a comfortable (for now) margin. Change-Id: I21b48e627b0a519254bb58596ce5f2494effcb2b
