FindCUDAToolkit: Compute CUDAToolkit_INCLUDE_DIR instead of searching We can avoid searching for this since CUDAToolkit_TARGET_DIR always contains the include/ directory. But add a warning just in case. Also apply this in CMakeDetermineCUDACompiler for Clang code.
