whiskers touchpad: update settings for new FW
Tuned on ST FW v36.0 which implements the new pressure formula.
When whiskers with older FW is attached, the new setting may
result in some light taps to be rejected.
1. Update the tap-to-click pressure.
2. Restore the palm border zones to their default sizes.
3. Enable filters to suppress false scrolls on finger lifting.
4. Suppress clicks without fingers on the pad.
