Initial add of xorg config for Peach Pi
Peach Pi needs it's own xorg config file since it will have some
different tweaks than other devices. This CL adds in a .conf for it and
sets the initial pressure calibration values and disables the slow IIR
filter.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:24863
TEST=Manual testing by installing on a prototype device. The settings
were reflected by xinput and work well
