* exceptions.h (enum errors): New error type, MEMORY_ERROR.
* corefile.c (memory_error): Rewrite to throw a MEMORY_ERROR.
* breakpoint.c (fetch_watchpoint_value): Ignore MEMORY_ERRORs, but
retrow all other exceptions.
