Add support for CA scenarios on CMX500
This adds support for carrier aggregation scenarios on CMX500. LTE,
5G-NSA, and 5G-SA scenarios are all supported. Though SA is not
explicitly supported yet, SA scenarios can be set up by only providing
nr cells in the callbox configuration.
Note: this has the side effect that only the minimum number of needed
cells will be added to the scenario, i.e. when performing LTE only
simulations there will not be an additional NR cell in the TA.
