[reporting] Avoid output interleaving Fixes a bug where a multi-line chunk of stdout from a check could have output from other checks interleaved within it. Shac (Scalable Hermetic Analysis and Checks) is a unified and ergonomic tool and framework for writing and running static analysis checks.
Shac checks are written in Starlark.
