Shac (Scalable Hermetic Analysis and Checks) is a unified and ergonomic tool and framework for writing and running static analysis checks.
Shac checks are written in Starlark.

cache directory that checks can write toctx.scm

arguments to ctx.scm.{all,affected}_files()
