[readme] Add demo gif The gif is a bit hard to understand out of context, but still better than nothing. I can make a better one later that shows the corresponding Starlark code for a dummy check. Shac (Scalable Hermetic Analysis and Checks) is a unified and ergonomic tool and framework for writing and running static analysis checks.
Shac checks are written in Starlark.
