[readme] Make usage gif higher-resolution By passing `--font-size 48` to `agg` when generating the gif. Also change to the lighter default color theme and add more columns to display better on GitHub. Shac (Scalable Hermetic Analysis and Checks) is a unified and ergonomic tool and framework for writing and running static analysis checks.
Shac checks are written in Starlark.
