[build] Fix the flash.sh script for chromebook

Adds all the bits necessary to get flash.sh working on chromebooks.
This required renaming zedboot.vboot to zedboot.zbi.vboot, which has the
added benefit of being more consistent with the existing
fuchsia.zbi.vboot image.
Tested by running flash.sh -s [IP] and making sure it booted.
