[manifest] Add 3pp repo to infra checkout This will automatically add 3pp to everyone's checkouts of the infra Jiri workspace, and start indexing it in Code Search. DO NOT add new manifests here. New projects should use self-contained manifests, or git submodules.
Contains the jiri manifests for Fuchsia. (Looking for Fuchsia getting started docs you swear used to be here? Some things moved to the fuchsia repository.)
