[roll] Roll fuchsia [rust][rbe] Workaround missing remote outputs

For some reason, outputs prefixed with "./" do not become
remote outputs in reclient, which looked like remote commands dropped
outputs.  Outputs affected include the binary and depfile.

Handled linker output .map files as an extra output to download.
