[roll] Roll fuchsia [starnix][kernel] Pass PidTable lock into ThreadGroup::remove() Previously, ThreadGroup::remove() took &mut PidTable, while its only call site locked the table, passed a reference to the lock, and immediately dropped it. This change passes the locked write guard to remove() so that it may be dropped during the operation.
