[roll] Roll fuchsia [lacewing] Delegate FuchsiaBaseTest to AsyncFuchsiaBaseTest FuchsiaBaseTest was duplicating a lot of functionality from AsyncFuchsiaBaseTest. This change explicitly delegates its internals, including setup, teardown, health checks, snapshot, test injection, and device power commands, to AsyncFuchsiaBaseTest. This brings FuchsiaBaseTest into a position where it acts merely as a synchronous adapter, facilitating its eventual removal. This also addresses mypy errors by: - Fixing module import resolution. - Adding missing type hints for devices. - Properly handling asynchronous return values in the test adapter. - Preventing event loop re-entrancy by ensuring internal method calls are consistently asynchronous when delegated.
