[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx] Migrate target show to concrete errors

Migrate the ffx target show plugin to strongly-typed concrete
errors using #[derive(FfxError)], completely eliminating generic
anyhow and errors::FfxError allocations in formatting & validation.

Define ShowError enum with highly specific variants for target
resolution, connection, and RCS failures (e.g. TargetSshAddressTimeout,
TargetResolution, RcsHostIdentification, TargetConnection).

Remove anyhow from the formatting module show.rs, natively returning
std::io::Result from formatting and display helper functions.

Test: fx test ffx_target_show_tests && fx build
