[roll] Roll fuchsia [usb] Adapt endpoint libraries and fakes

Massage the endpoint libraries a little bit in preparation for
usb-cdc-function migration.

Make the fake endpoint server honor CancelAll requests, as a correct
server implementation would.

Adds a getter to the underlying client in EndpointClient so callers can
fallback to wire methods when needed.

Adds a Close method to EndpointClient allowing for explicit endpoint
shutdown, which can be used after all requests are retrieved from the
server.
