[roll] Roll fuchsia [graphics] Migrate FDF_LOG to fdf::Logger in graphics drivers
This change updates usages of the deprecated FDF_LOG macro to the new
fdf::Logger API in various graphics drivers, including display
coordinator, aml-gpu, goldfish pipe, and msd-virtio-gpu. The new API
uses fmtlib-style formatting with {} placeholders and provides better
type safety and formatting capabilities. BUILD.gn files are updated to
include the new logging library.

Next run:

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
