  "message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [dns] Change fnet.name.DnsServerSource to flexible\n\nUpdate DnsServerSource in fuchsia.net.name to be flexible instead of\nstrict starting in the current API version. This change allows for other\nvariants to be added to this type in the future. Mark the DnsServer and\nDnsServerWatcher as available starting at HEAD to make the SDK history\n\"more accurate\" by displaying the protocol as unavailable in previous\nSDK versions.\n\nThis history rewriting is only acceptable due to `fuchsia.net.name`\nbeing part of the prebuilt Fuchsia SDK.
