[roll] Roll fuchsia [ffx][tests] Remove daemon usage from ffx connection tests.

Removes daemon usage from ffx connection tests in favor of direct target
connections.

Also fixes target connection teardown in the test component connector by
retaining the Arc<ffx_target::Connection> in LaunchedComponentConnector.
Previously, dropping `Connection` closed the underlying SSH / Overnet
transport channel, which caused component calls to hang.
