[roll] Roll fuchsia [fint] Test parsing ninja output with exit code

Upstream and next Fuchsia versions of ninja print an exit code
with failed actions like so:

```
FAILED: [code=2] blah.out
```

The existing implementation handles this correctly,
but adding a unit test will ensure it.
