[roll] Roll fuchsia [fidlgen] Leverage fidlgentest.EndToEndTest more in tests

This change updates all deprecated tests that focus on directly parsing
IR JSON to use fidlgentest.EndToEndTest instead. The reason being is
that is easy for hard-coded IR JSON to have its schema move out from
underneath it. fidlgentest.EndToEndTest on the other hand allows test
authors to specify the data of interest and derive a fidlgen.Root
directly from parsing FIDL.
