[roll] Roll fuchsia [mobly][honeydew] Fix invocation of `ffx target list`.

There's an invocation of `ffx target list` for filtering device(s) to
get the SSH address of a device. This is done by passing the default
target argument, but in order to do this correctly it must be done by
passing the argument to `ffx target list`.

Before/after:

* `ffx -t $NODENAME target list`
* `ffx target list $NODENAME`

(This also works with IP address)

Test: Using various existing mobly e2e tests to verify.
