[roll] Roll fuchsia [devfs][audio] Splitting StreamConfigConnectorService to Input and Output

Devfs classes 'audio-input' and 'audio-output' both
currently use the StreamConfigConnectorService, but
this allows them to be confused when switching to
services.  This adds a two new services that the
devfs system will advertise, so the clients can
stop using devfs.
