[roll] Roll fuchsia [spi] Refactor start function Refactor the spi driver's `Start()` function to not use the `fdf::StartCompleter`. The driver does not perform async tasks and so it does not need the completer. Make spi driver use `AddChild()` to add a child node instead of directly making fidl requests. Rename `SpiDevice` to `SpiDriver`. It better describes what the class does. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
