[roll] Roll fuchsia [bazel_sdk] Add symlink for //vendor files The visibility rules for hlcpp can reference targets in //vendor, and in those situations, the bazel_sdk tests fail as they cannot locate these files. This adds a symlink to allow those files to be found, if the //vendor folder is present, and removes it if the symlink is present and there is no //vendor folder. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
