[roll] Roll fuchsia [storage][tests] Fix channel call on closed handle in move constructor The move constructors for StartedSingleVolumeMultiVolumeFilesystem and StartedMultiVolumeFilesystem move the admin_ member out of the moved-from type. This destructors call Umount() which attempts a channel call on this member. The postcondition for a move constructor is that the moved-from type be in a valid state, in particular it must be legal to invoke the destructor on the instance. This checks if the admin_ client end is valid in Unmount before using it. This is caught by running the tests with the bad handle policy enabled.
