[roll] Roll fuchsia [goldfish] Don't assert on OnRegister() success

If OnRegister() fails, it will bring down the entire process
due to ZX_ASSERT(result.ok()).
This can happen, for instance, if the channel is closed.
This CL instead logs the error and ignores it.

If there is a better way to handle the error, please let me
know.
