[roll] Roll fuchsia [wlan e2e] Support OpenWRT for RoamRequestTest

Refactor RoamRequestTest to support OpenWrt hardware alongside legacy
hostapd access points. Migrate test configuration parameters from the
legacy SecurityMode enum to unified Security protocol classes, using
AccessPointConfigMapper to maintain backward compatibility with legacy
APs.

Update the OpenWrtAP controller to suffix wireless BSS configuration
sections with the radio identifier, preventing name collisions during
multi-band setups. Add helpers to retrieve active interface names and
query station connectivity status using OpenWrt ubus RPC interfaces.
