[roll] Roll fuchsia [vfs][fshost] Report remote unmount failures on shutdown.

UninstallAll can now report failed unmounts and that result is reported
back to the shutdown caller. Otherwise failed unmount calls do so
silently, hiding possible data loss.

Add a test to fshost that depends on this new functionality to ensure
that it detects failed shutdowns.
