[roll] Roll fuchsia [dhcpv4/client] Exit on EPIPE

Change to exiting instead of panicking when EPIPE is observed on socket
operations on packet sockets, because FDIO maps ZX_ERR_PEER_CLOSED to
EPIPE so it is entirely possible and indicates that Netstack is shutting
down so DHCPv4 client should exit as well.

Change EPIPE handling for UDP sockets to be fatal rather than non-fatal.
It is also returned on send when the socket is partially shut down, but
such a scenario is not expected to occur in normal flow and if it were
to happen we can't recover from it.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
