[roll] Roll fuchsia [honeydew] Migrate WLAN functional tests to support OpenWrtAP
Migrate the wlan_core and wlan_policy affordance functional tests to support
OpenWrt access points in a conditional "if-else" fashion.
This enables these test suites to run successfully on testbeds utilizing the
new OpenWrtAP controller.
Changes:
- Converted hardcoded AP wifi configuration setup inside `test_scan_and_connect`
and `test_ap_auto_connect` to support `OpenWrtAP` when available.
- Leveraged the pre-defined `DEFAULT_2G_CHANNEL` constant instead of manually
hardcoding channel/band/mode specifications.
- Cleaned up and consolidated all imports to the top of both test files.
- Deleted the duplicate local `random_str` function and natively utilized
`AccessPointConfig.random_string` instead.

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.
All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
