[roll] Roll fuchsia [assembly] Migrate product_bundle to strongly typed errors

Migrate the `product_bundle` crate from generic `anyhow::Error` to
strongly typed errors using `thiserror`. This improves error handling
and allows callers to match on specific errors.

In `v2.rs`:
- Define `CanonicalizeError` for path manipulation failures.
- Define `V2Error` wrapping `fuchsia_repo::repository::Error` to
  preserve external error types.
- Make `from_str` and canonicalization methods infallible where
  possible.

In `product_bundle.rs`:
- Define `ProductBundleLoadError` (incorporating `CanonicalizeError`).
- Define `ProductBundleWriteError` and `ProductBundleExtractError`.
- Keep `ProductBundle::try_load_from` returning `anyhow::Result` at
  the boundary to avoid churn in external callers.

In `product_bundle_builder.rs`:
- Define `ProductBundleBuildError`, preserving `anyhow::Error` as
  sources where needed.

Update callers in `plugins/target/update` and
`plugins/product_bundle/create` to handle the new types.

Test: Verified by successful build of the workspace. No new tests added
as behavior is unchanged.

Integration

This repository contains Fuchsia's Global Integration manifest files.

Making changes

All changes should be made to the internal version of this repository. Our infrastructure automatically updates this version when the internal one changes.

Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.

Obtaining the source

First install Jiri.

Next run:

$ jiri init
$ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration
$ jiri update

Third party

Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
