"message": "[roll] Roll fuchsia [build][scenic] Leverage FatLTO when building tests\n\nSince FatLTO binaries ship with both LLVM bitcode and object code, we can\navoid expensive linking operations when building tests by not using\nLTO linking for test binaries.\n\nThis patch opts C/C++ tests out of a full relink/reoptimization by\ntelling the linker to choose the object code part of the object file\nto when linking. This reduced the Toolchain build time for tests\nby around 20% in LTO builds, and we expect similar improvements in\nFuchsia.\n\nOriginal-Bug: 364615885\nOriginal-Reviewed-on: https://fuchsia-review.googlesource.com/c/fuchsia/+/1113163\nOriginal-Revision: 582d2face3ee7be9742e59515728266b47b183ba\nGitOrigin-RevId: 0cd4aca9e4d3e13a26da7b7c300767c9f5ef1de2\nChange-Id: Iab6c0fc8ef15e89b4a6fd4c0f712c6a0fcdd2afa\n",
