[roll] Roll fuchsia [assembly] Remove core_realm_shards GN arg

All products and boards have moved away from using core_realm_shards, so
remove the GN arg itself.

Legacy bundle and assembled_system support remains, due to the recovery
images, which will be addressed separately, and then support will be
removed from there as well.
