[roll] Roll fuchsia [perfcompare] Handle perfcompare builds in download_metrics

'perfcompare' builds use 'perfcompare_dataset_digest' instead of
'perf_dataset_digest' in their output properties. This change
updates _get_cas_info_from_build to check both properties to
support downloading metrics from both types of builds.

Original-Bug: 502288290
Test: Added test_download_metrics_perfcompare_digest in
perfcompare_test.py and verified all tests pass.
