[roll] Roll infra/recipes [testing] Include overheads in swarming durations Normally I assume that if the listed swarming task duration is much shorter than the total launch/collect time for a builder, the difference is made up exclusively by pending time. However, the previously listed durations did not include "overhead" - i.e. time to upload/download CAS inputs/outputs - which made it seem like tasks had high pending time until investigating further. The overhead is actually a meaningful part of the task duration that's useful to include, so add it here. Depends on https://crrev.com/c/6482462. Currently all changes must be made by a Google employee. Non-Google employees wishing to make a change can ask for assistance in one of the communication channels documented at get involved.
First install Jiri.
Next run:
$ jiri init $ jiri import minimal https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/integration $ jiri update
Third party projects should have their own subdirectory in ./third_party.
